No Faraday v2 support

I ended up implementing a service class for my project that uses Faraday to call Kickbox.
The code has been working like a charm for the last three years.

All good. I figured it might benefit everyone if there's an update on the repo here, but writing a service class is just as good if no one is here to approve a PR.
