I would like to try the blinky web-app with Adafruit Feather nrf52. Would you be able to provide some guidance on how to write the embedded code with the Adafruit's library to work with your example?

Hi! Have you gone through the Adafruit Feather learning guide?

If you go through the guide you should be able to use the Arduino IDE to load example code and write your own project.
