Now, QuickViewer can be built with Qt-6.9

Hi, all.

Development of QuickViewer stopped in 2019, but it has recently been restarted.
First of all, we have made progress on code modifications to support Qt-6.9, so we are opening up the branch.

Seeking contributors

I'm looking for contributors to promote the future development of QuickViewer.
I have some funds in the Open Collective, so I will be able to pay you for your contributions.

Current state of the source tree in the dev/qt69 branch

• Can be built
  • Windows
  • Qt-6.9
  • Visual Studio 2022

Eventually this branch will be merged into master.

Work until the next release

• Can be built with other compilers such as clang, gcc
• Build non-QuickViewer modules such as imageformats with Qt-6.9

Future work

• Add imageformats modules for newer image formats
• Fix some confirmed bugs

Known Issues

• Mouse wheel image switching function doesn't work
  • QKeySequence has undergone a major specification change in Qt6, and I made minimal modifications to it to make the build successful, but the mouse input is not handled correctly. Key input works.
