Please release for PPC

I find that our Makefile here is having ppc64 build instructions. Could you please release it for PPC too and make it available on release page?

It would make sense to create a two stage build base image and simply use that.

Closing — PPC64LE release binaries are now produced automatically by the release pipeline implemented in #278. GoReleaser builds for ppc64le (as well as s390x and riscv64) in both default and Alpine variants.
