please update pmtiles dependencies

hello, in my project coincidentally i have a dependency on protobuf ^6.0.0 on my own packages, and i did not try downgrading protobuf package, but anyways i think it will be better if the dependency of pmtiles is upgraded to the latest 2.2.0
