ParallelCode requires a git repository to add a project

For multi-repositories projects, it's useful to run agents on them without having git in the parent folder. The worktrees can be setup by the agent and not ParallelCode.

Skip creating worktrees or create them in the folder with a subfolder for each repo.

For now I cannot use this app for this use case, so I use the terminal.
