Installer Crush (WriteRegBin problem)

Hello I have found problem with (probably) the WriteRegBin, installation just crush (XP, 7, others probably also..)

I include installation exe (NSIS Unicode 2.50) + src code
Last working Unicode version is 2.46.2, but at this version installation crush at Win2000, so last really normally working version is NSIS Unicode 2.46.1

NSIS Unicode 2.46.3, 2.46.4, 2.46.5, 2.50.0 - crush
ANSI version of NSIS 2.46 & 2.50 works fine

I've confirmed that I can reproduce this issue. We'll try to fix this before the next release.
