[Swarm] Cluster is not working after migration to another region #7

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create docker Swarm
  2. Migrate environment to another region -> env. domain and IP should be changed
  3. Check cluster health with docker node ls

Actual result:
The cluster is not working. Workers have old domains and IPs.
