Is it recommended to still use this package? It looks like hasn't had a commit in 2 years and hasn't been tested on recent python versions. Does that just mean it's a finished product or is it not up-to-date/maintained?
I see there is also pyfixest, but that relies on Numba which doesn't support older intel-based macs; Edit: they say they're fixing that.
I was hoping to use Python, but if tooling is not welll-established I may have to switch to R.
