Add method to retrieve remoteStaticPublicKey

I've been successfully using your library to communicate with an embedded device using the Noise_XX_25519_ChaChaPoly_SHA256 protocol. Since it is not yet in any repository (maybe soon?) I have copied the source into my project for now.

One thing I needed to add was the ability to retrieve the remoteStaticPublicKey from NoiseHandshake - in this case, it was used to perform a pairing check between the device and the host. I think this getter would probably be generally useful.

Seems reasonable to me! In fact, I have a similar use case that will need exactly the same thing. I'll bang this out shortly.

Entirely as a matter of curiosity, given that this repository has (at the time of writing) zero stars and no published artifacts, what led you to choose this implementation of Noise over one of the others?

Good question. I wanted a pure Java implementation, and I am only aware of https://github.com/rweather/noise-java as an alternative. That project was developed a long time ago, has little documentation, is not on Maven Central, and was forked awhile ago to put the artifacts on another repo. These are not a good indicators, and probably the original developer is no longer very involved. I try to prefer active projects - if you run into an issue, you can collaborate to solve it. And from what I can see, this project is using well-written, modern Java and well tested standard implementations of the cryptographic algorithms.
