Cellmap flow LSD model prediction

When opening cellmap flow using the latest model checkpoint from LSD training for neurons, it is not possible to visualize the prediction.

There were two problems
1- your model has different input/ output size
So please update your cellmap-flow using this branch

This is the updated YAML. you have 10 LSDs output + 3 affinities so you have 13 classes
