Add default android visual feedback (ripple effect) to touches

Not sure if we have deliberately removed this, but Sam raised that it should be there. Can use AQUA as reference.

The Android ripple effect is broken in current React Native stable releases. I implemented a workaround but it doesn't render in every place.
With the next stable RN release (0.84), it should be fixed and I can patch it.
