OCR does not work (how to debug ?)

I tried:

$ focal image --area selection --ocr eng 
Estimating resolution as 226

But there's nothing on the clipboard.

Arch linux, kernel 6.18.2, niri compositor on wayland.

Is there way to get debugging output ?

Sorry I can't really test on Arch right now, due to the ongoing DDOS attacks. Do you have tesseract and wl-clipboard installed?

Trying with last commit 0061db3, I get the following error:

Error, cannot read input file /home/matclab/Images/Screenshots/2026-01-02T11:05:49+01:00.png: No such file or directory
Error during processing.

But the file /home/matclab/Images/Screenshots/2026-01-02T11:05:49+01:00.png exists !
Perhaps, focal should wait a bit the file is written to disk ?

I've added a wait of up to 5s for the image, hopefully that fixes it; I was unable to reproduce this on my end.
