Does wildcard pattern matching in inputs/outputs section is supported?

It would be useful to support pattern matching for file URI inputs during simulation ingestion, for example:

inputs:
  - uri: file:///home/ITER/abcdef/tasks/2026/dream_IMAS/S2/output/settings*

This would avoid writing the complete path for each individual file.

Is this already supported?

Actually, allowing to specify a full folder would be also useful

I understand the appeal for the data provider writing manually the manifest. On the other hand I'm not fond of git commit -a, as very often it tracks unwanted files, a wildcard or directory based option in the manifest could lead to the same issue. Of course input folders could always be tarzipped.
