Document usage of Sweets pre-built container

Pipeline exists for building Sweets into container and it is possible to use this without too much Python environment setup. This is not documented in the README.

It is also possible to install sweets on top of a Jupyter-Docker-Stack to rapidly develop solutions in a JupyterHub environment for organizations that support Bring-Your-Own-Image approach.

Document these approaches to bypass any distribution challenges around sweets and drive broader adoption.
