About Publications (pandoc-citeproc)

Hi,

How can I generate "_data/publications.yml" with pandoc? Because "pandoc-citeproc" is no longer maintained..
I tried without success:
pandoc data.bib -s -f bibtex -t markdown_github > yaml_format.yml
