bug: full swipe expandable item does not work

Ionic Framework Version

v8.x

Current Behavior

If you try to swipe an <ion-item-sliding> that is expandable, it won't fully swipe and trigger ion-swipe event.

Expected Behavior

It should fully swipe and emit event, like gmail app does.

Steps to Reproduce

Open the demo on mobile device:

Try to swipe item fully across screen.
