Feature Request: Support for multiple RSS feed sources

I just stumbled upon this project in my research on how to optimize my news consumption.

I am currently looking for a solution that does basically what your app is doing and maybe a bit more.

Something that is missing for me to be useful is multiples sources of news feeds.

Sounds great, i'm currently vibe-coding all the adjustments and logic changes i want/need in a local checkout.
However it works a lot different than your original project idea.
Due to my needs, i'm rather making one mp3 for each article, detecting content selectors by llm (and cache selectors by rss source), strip out ads/referral links/related-article links etc (also llm supported), let it create a podcast.xml dynamically with the cover image i prefer and added a publishing mechanism which currently supports scp and rsync (but anything implementing the interface could enhance it) to consume it via any podcast app.
Maybe any of these could be interesting for you to implement too.
Let me know if you want to check the source, then i will create a fork and upload it in the upcoming 1-2 weeks.

I'll review all the changes once i'm back home in a couple of days, see if there is anything that needs to be removed/optimized (potentially static/hardcoded strings) and let you know here.
