Organize PSR-2 coding style

As title, I think we can follow the PSR-2 coding style for src and test folder.

@peter279k I'm broadly OK with that, but there's at least a couple specific PSR-2 things I'm not keen on. I can't think of them all off the top of my head, but a couple I do remember are:

• I prefer simple lambda functions (e.g. array_filter($arr, function ($a) { return $a['type']==='foo';}); to be in a single line if they fit rather than always forcing full line breaks / indentation
• I prefer a space around negation in if and similar clauses e.g. (if ( ! $whatever)) rather than if (!$whatever)

So I'd not be keen to rigidly adopt the whole of PSR-2, but I'd be happy to adopt most of the rules. I think the existing code should broadly follow most of it already?

Hi @acoulton, thank you for reply. I know that what you say.

The most of PSR-2 coding style rules that you agree. And I think we can do the following works firstly:

• Adding doc comments to methods and properties.
• Adding type hint and return type.
• Fixing some inconsistency in variable naming and format.
