1. 适用范围
本许可适用于 Codex Proxy 中未单独标明其他许可的源代码、文档及随附文件
（以下统称“本软件”）。本许可仅授予相关著作权人有权授予的权利；第三方
组件仍适用其各自的许可，本许可不替代或限制这些许可。
2. 非商业授权
在遵守本许可全部条款的前提下，您可免费为个人学习、非商业研究和非商业
自用部署而使用、复制和修改本软件。您亦可为上述非商业目的分发本软件的
原始版本或修改版本，但须遵守第 4 条。
3. 禁止商业用途

This licence applies to the source code, documentation, and accompanying files
of Codex Proxy that are not separately identified as subject to another licence
(the "Software"). It grants only rights that the relevant copyright holders
are entitled to grant. Third-party components remain subject to their own
licences, which this licence does not replace or restrict.
2. Non-commercial Permission
Subject to all terms of this licence, you may use, copy, and modify the Software
free of charge for personal learning, non-commercial research, and
non-commercial self-hosted use. You may also distribute original or modified
copies for those non-commercial purposes, subject to Section 4.
3. Commercial Use Prohibited
You may not use the Software or modified versions for any commercial purpose,
including, without limitation:
- Selling or reselling the Software or modified versions;
- Operating paid proxy services, paid APIs, subscriptions, or other paid
services using the Software;
- Integrating the Software into commercial products or services;
- Using the Software to support commercial operations or to obtain commercial
benefit or compensation, directly or indirectly.
Providing access free of charge does not by itself make a use non-commercial.
Use intended to support commercial operations or obtain commercial benefit
remains prohibited. This licence grants no commercial usage rights.
4. Notices and Distribution Conditions
When distributing the Software or modified versions, you must include this
licence in full and retain existing copyright, licence, and disclaimer notices.
Modified versions must be clearly identified as modified and must not be
represented as official versions. You must not remove the Software's

This project is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI. Use of
the Software grants no rights to third-party accounts, APIs, models, content,
or trademarks. You must obtain necessary authorizations and comply with
applicable laws and the terms of service of OpenAI and any other services used.
6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Software is provided
"as is" and "as available", without express or implied warranties, including
warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose,
non-infringement, continued availability, or error-free operation. You use the
Software at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the authors and copyright
holders are not liable for any claims, losses, or other liability arising from
the Software or its use or inability to be used, whether in contract, tort, or
otherwise, including account restrictions, data loss, service interruptions,
and financial losses.
7. Termination and Reserved Rights
Your rights under this licence terminate automatically upon violation of its
terms. You must then stop using, copying, modifying, and distributing the
Software. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. This licence does not
limit rights available under applicable law without copyright permission.
8. Language
These English terms are a translation of the Chinese terms above. In case of
ambiguity or inconsistency between the two texts, the Chinese terms prevail.
