[feature request] render <noscript> wrapped <img> tag

Hey!

It's super easy to support browsers that have javascript turned off by always just rendering a regular <img> tag nested inside a <noscript> tag.

Happy to PR the feature in.

How would this work? React is a JS library so if they turn off JavaScript, they wouldn't be able to load anything at all.
