Each file declares its license in an SPDX-License-Identifier header.

The plasma-parser library recognises Palimpsest-family license
identifiers (PMPL, PAGPL, and related) as parseable SPDX extensions.
That recognition is a parser feature; it does not license this project
under those terms. The Palimpsest license itself is a separate project.
