fix(cleanup): remove corrupted ',machine_readable' duplicate

Stray, tracked directory literally named ',machine_readable' (comma
typo) containing a stale, corrupted STATE.a2ml (last-updated
2026-01-14, superseded by the real .machine_readable/6a2/STATE.a2ml
from 2026-03-15). The corruption is baked into the file's own content
too ("STATE.a2ml — ,machine Readable project state"), confirming a
bad find/replace or generation bug, not intentional content.
