Support preset modes

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

The Nexia (Trane) cloud integration supports preset modes. I've looked through the source and couldn't find any references to it. Is preset control not supported at all by the protocol or is it just not implemented yet?

Preset control is the primary way I control my HVAC, would love support for it.

PS: Fan speed is also missing, if needed I can cut a 2nd feature request.

Describe alternatives you've considered

The only alternative for now is to use the Nexia Cloud integration to control presets.
