Completely remove `sample.organ_other`

In HuBMAP we no longer support “OTHER” organ and there are currently no Samples that have a value for the field

• Remove sample.organ_other from entity-api schema yaml and SmartAPI yaml spec
• Remove ""and null values of sample.organ_other in Neo4j on DEV/TEST/PROD
• Regenerate entity Python SDK
