When making purchases on the customize screen, all of the items which have yet to be unlocked appear in grey scale. Players might not even realize that they are interested in a theme because they cannot see the it in color until they preview it.
The example that occurred during the session was that the patient didn't even realize that the "Kitty Cat" theme included pink/cake/candy until we mentioned it to them.
