Sync all Core.py libraries based on implementations made in the current system.

• If you are running macOS, the option will read the Core.py in mac module and copy the contents to linux module and windows module
• If you are running Linux, the option will read the Core.py in linux module and copy the contents to mac module and windows module and so on...
