Add the possibility to add audio notes

I usually use OsmAnd to add geolocated notes on a map, but it lacks the possibility to add text on a note.
like your idea of a very light and simple app to collect notes, and I'm asking you if there is any plan to add audio notes, which is the main option I use when adding notes using OsmAnd.
I'm my use cases it is quite useful to quickly collect information while moving of the field.

I haven't planned on such a feature yet. For me personally audio notes would not be very useful (at least I never felt the need for them), but video notes would be useful for me and I already thought of adding the support for them. But let's concentrate on audio notes here.

It's probably quite a bit of work to implement the support for an additional media type like audio recordings. When implementing such a functionality, I already have some ideas and requirements:

• The app must still be simple to use. Adding additional steps to create a note, like selection lists or drop-down-menus, should be avoided. Something like this would be a no-go for me: "When tapping on a map, a drop-down opens where I have to select what kind of note I want to create (text, audio, photo, ...)."
  • The creation of an audio recording can be a bit more complex. Like a popup window/fragment with a recording button, etc. Just like the camera preview opens in a new fullscreen fragment.
• The note view (the area on the bottom when you click on a note) should still contain all necessary information but should not take up too much screen space. Especially the map should still be visible on normal devices, so the vertical space needed should increase as little as possible.
• The user must be able to turn this feature off and on without loosing any recordings.
  • This is just a UI thing, no data should be deleted, when turning of the feature for a media type.
  • The current settings already allow the user to toggle certain features on/off. In the settings activity, the user should be able to specify what types of media can be added to a note. I would simply add one toggle button per media type.
  • The same toggle mechanism should be implemented for photos as well, i.e. the user can deactivate the photo feature, which hides the photo-button in the note view.
  • The same toggle mechanism should be implemented for text as well. So far, writing text is considered the default use-case, but I personally use more and more photos lately. So maybe some people just want to take photos without writing text. Disabling the text feature simply hides the input field unless the note already contains text.
  • Already written text, taken photos and recorded audio are still visible in the note view.
• The export and import functionality should handle the new media type just in the same way it currently handles photos.
• Maybe some refactorings are a good idea to generalize stuff in order to implement audio notes (and maybe video notes in the future) more easily.
• Two new icons are needed: One for a pure audio note and one for a note with photos and audio recordings.

If you @renteria-dev really want to work on this, that's great! But please provide some mockups first (for the UI) and some details where you want to change and add things in the code. Hopefully, having the same understanding on what and where things need to be done, safes us some time when you submit a PR.
