Subject: [PATCH] fix(deps): update XSeries to 14.0.0 for Minecraft 26.3

On Paper 26.3 every BuildSystem menu item with a player head failed and
/worlds threw "Unhandled exception executing command". XSeries 13.7.1
links com.mojang.authlib.minecraft.MinecraftSessionService in the
ProfilesCore static initialiser; 26.3's authlib replaced it with
SessionService, so the class never initialises. XSeries 14.0.0 is the
26.3 release and resolves the new session service.
