Description

@athelas64

Here is a test sample:

1.  https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0/
2. https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/s4.0/
3. https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/40/
4. https://creativecommons.org/4.0/

it will result in:
2023-12-12_00h51_39

which is already wrong but the actual hyperlinks will be:

  1. https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa - named in the panel as Hyperlink
  2. https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa - named in the panel as this URL
  3. correct and named by the URL
  4. https://creativecommons.org - named in the panel as this URL, however style applied to the full URL, which is even more confusing

Thanks for taking a look!
