Projects

As a user, I want to be able to manage several APIs from a project.
Apis might be in different accounts/profiles. 

I want to be able to select which APIs to put in a "project" and I should see them in the same console.

e.g.: the Api Picker should show me those APIs only, even if from several AWS profiles
