Update Syria Flag to New Version (Green with Three Stars)

Description

The current Syria flag used in the repository is outdated.

Currently, the project uses:
flags/flags/flat/64/Syria.png

This does not reflect the newer and more widely recognized flag design.

Requested Update

Please replace it with the updated flag (green with three stars):

Suggested Change

• Replace the existing Syria.png with the updated version
• Keep the same file name and path for compatibility

Reason

Ensures the flag set stays accurate and aligned with current usage.
