Some Settings Questions

Thanks for sharing your vim file, I want to change some settings, so could you answer my some questions?
Q1:
I installed the vundle vim on two machines in same ways, however, the two different vim styles appeared, like:
style1:

style2:

As we can see, the style1 is brighter than style2, so if I want to set style2 as style1, how could I do?

Q2:
when I open a file via vim, the pre check info showed in the window as follows, so I have to press enter to view the file. I want ask that whether to close the pre check info?
