Remember annotation labels if exit ANNOTATE and return

I really like that the 'Annotation Label' doesn't require me typing in the label everytime, and instead I can pick from ones I have already used. But if I create/use labels whilst annotating various images in ANNOTATE, then go back to CURATE (or anywhere else), when I return to ANNOTATE to start another image, the 'remembered' labels are no longer there.

Is it possible to remember the labels if I exit and return to ANNOTATE?
