lifo_allocator, lifo_array and lifo_buffer are missing try_* functions with parametric progress guanrantee.

lifo_allocator, lifo_array and lifo_buffer are not thread-safe. Anyway they could provide try_* functions that just forwards the progress guarantee to the page allocator.
