chore(deps): align vite-plus with vitest 5.0.4

Vite+ bundles an exact Vitest release, so it has to move together with the
Vitest packages. Bump vite-plus (and the aliased vite core) to 1.2.0, which
bundles vitest 5.0.4, keeping the runner and its providers on one version.
