release: publish to json-ping, not the pingping repo

release.github.name still pointed at githubflyideas/pingping, which is
now the Windows project. The workflow token cannot write there, so every
tag push failed goreleaser (and, with a broader token, would have put
json-ping tarballs into the wrong repo).
