Add support for the linux-riscv64 architecture in "github/gh-copilot" extension

This extension does not support the linux-riscv64 architecture. I tried to install it on a linux-riscv64 machine, and it failed due to the lack of an available binary. Would you be able to update the extension's build and release process to include the relevant binary? Failed command was:

gh extension install github/gh-copilot

My machine is: Linux lpi4a 5.10.113-zzz-sipeed-20240531+ #13 SMP PREEMPT Fri May 31 13:47:57 HKT 2024 riscv64 GNU/Linux.

At the moment, there are no plans to officially support RISC-V for GitHub CLI (i.e. gh) or gh-copilot.

I'm going to keep this issue open for future reference, though.
