Add CTRL-K multiple line delete #1319

Describe the feature or problem you'd like to solve
It is easy to press up and then you have text in your prompt window that needs to be deleted. This is a massive pain. CC enables you to go to the top of the prompt box and hold CTRL-K and its all gone in about 100ms. So nice. This is one of my bigger ergonomic issues with CP-CLI.
Proposed solution
Make CTRL-K delete multiple lines not just one.
