I can repro on v0.0.398, it's always taking the first skill, ignore the other ones. If I delete the top one (alphabetically) then it picks the next one ...

It's not finding 3 ou of 5. The last two are from another source folder with 2/2 detected.

I would consider this issue as a duplicate of #1080. Check my comment there for the explanation as of why this is the same root cause.
