Pink accent colors appear out of place in Monochrome theme

What happened?

In the Monochrome theme, the secondary buttons, Settings panel, and About box background appear pink. It looks really odd and I think must be unintentional? It makes the "monochrome" theme more colorful than the standard theme.

Steps to reproduce

1. Switch to "Monochrome" theme.
2. Go to the "My work" tab. "All repositories" and "New issue" buttons in top right are light pink
3. Open Settings. Settings panel is light pink.

Expected behavior

I expected the colors to be a shade of grey to fit the monochrome theme.
