Describe the bug
in the push branch dialog, allow us to specify the state of set upstream - it is always checked and I have to uncheck it each time when I am pushing an existing branch.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error
