What are you trying to accomplish?

We are encountering an issue with Sentry Session Replay where longer recordings (typically ~2–50 minutes) fail to load with the following error:

Replay Not Found
The replay you are looking for was not found due to a processing error.
The replay might be missing critical events or metadata, or there may be an issue loading the actions from the server.

Observed Behavior:

Replays shorter than ~2 minutes generally work fine.
Replays longer than ~3 minutes frequently fail with the error.
Issue appears during replay processing or retrieval.

Expected Behavior:

All session replays, including longer sessions, should be processed and viewable without errors.

Additional Context:

Issue seems related to replay size or duration.
Possibly related to ingestion limits, processing failures, or missing replay segments/metadata.
No clear error visible in UI logs.

Deployment: Self-hosted (Helm chart)
Platform: Kubernetes
Browser: Chrome
