Support Panoramax as Street View provider

This feature introduces support for Panoramax as a new provider for the Street View plugin.
It allows users to visualize street-level imagery via Panoramax API, including dedicated configuration options, i18n support, and attribution handling.

Acceptance criteria

• Panoramax is available as an option in the Street View provider configuration
• Street-level imagery from Panoramax is correctly displayed in the viewer.
• Proper attribution for Panoramax imagery is shown.
• Configuration options for Panoramax (e.g., custom API endpoints) are functional.
