Switching CRS causes jumps between zoom levels.

Description

When user change the projection of the map there is a sudden jump in the zoom level.

How to reproduce

• Open a new/existing Map
• In the footer you can find CRS Selector.
• Make sure you have necessary permission to add a new CRS or change the CRS.
• Change the map projection

Expected Result

• Zoom level should adjust when we change the projection

Current Result

• A sudden switch of the zoom level is noted as shown in the attachment.
• For example if both projection EPSG: 3857 and UTM(EPSG:32633) as both are in meters and in a (urban level) highest zoom, the jumps is noted when changing the projection.

I found a case where this seems to break, which can also be replicated on this map:

The main UX issue maybe is that the zoomout limit is reached.

It seems to happen when switching from one CRS to another and the new one is completely outside the scope of the previous one.

Another CRS that highlights the problem is this one: https://epsg.io/2000
Since it is a CRS with very small extensions and in an area not included in other CRSs, below I attach the crs to add to localconfig:
