This behavior will be changed so that the “Zoom to” button is always shown for FlatGeoBuf layers, similar to what is already available for other layer types such as 3D Tiles and COG. This will align the functionality across layer types and allow users to easily zoom to the layer extent directly from the TOC.
Additionally, a fit to bounds operation will be automatically executed when the layer is added in TOC.
