TMS background layer not being displayed in print preview for EPSG:4326

Description

When printing the map where we just defined the BG TMS layer and switching projection on the "Coordinate Systems:" dropdown list, we can see the CRS changes on the dropdown list but as soon as the projection is changed to EPSG:4326 from EPSG:3857 the background layer disappears from the visualization.

We would like the TMS layer as Background when added to be visible and printed also in the EPSG:4326 projection.

How to reproduce

• change map crs to EPSG:4326
• add a tms layer
• print

Expected Result

Layer is not printed
