Key changes

• Change token patient-id and name input to select for patient name and autofill patient id
• Select department default to be altered
• add department specific display page - handle in Public Display also add cases for seed, admin display and types
• handle only top 4 tokens to be displayed in all the token queues
• test token name and token id generation, fetch
• For blood bank, also display the low status
• add expiry date CRUD for blood type edit mainly
• add one page for admin to see and check all the pages and hyperlinks to go through all the pages
• Run tests
