Remove dead hassankhan/config lib

hassankhan/config config seems dead since 2 years now; it should be removed. I do not know any alternative; but I guess a simple YAML configuration file would be enough for the usage done in this plugin.

Sounds like project has been revived a bit at the end of the last year; let's see if it will continue.
