Adding composerize and decomposerize

I recently installed DevTool+ and was just thinking: I want to convert docker run commands I have into a compose file, and I instinctively went to https://www.composerize.com/. Then I realized, this would be a perfect fit for DevTool+, as it allows the user to stay in VS Code and not use a third-party online service.

Thanks for your suggestion. I'll consider adding a Docker Compose converter in a future update, though I'll need to evaluate the package size as composerize is quite large for its purpose. But it's a great idea.
